I have personally had no issues. The couple of times I have chatted with their tech support staff they are very knowledgeable and quick to help. I read some of the other reviews and was not aware of the issues with Netflix. That is a bummer. Hope they get it fixed.

I never had any issue with the service, the price is great and it has a lot of servers around the world, i have seen how new servers from new locations come up all the time. I only gave 4 stars because the speeds on some locations can be slow at times

I've been using PIA for almost 4 years now and had very little issues with it. Sometimes it's slow, but overall it's a great service! They have many features, they don't save logs (which is good for anonymity), they have secured encryption, VPN kill switch (when you have no internet upon VPN disconnect), I can even use VPN in iOS using their application, I can easily use it in a router as well ac PC/Mac. They have a great service and the price is affordable. The only few things which can be improved are: sometimes slow speed for their servers in Europe and I wish there were more countries in the list. But overall 4 out of 5 - a great service for the price! Thanks PIA!

Great service that I've used for years now. No disconnects and it works great. Love the fact they don't keep logs. Few services like Hulu and Craigslist don't like these VPNs, but other than that, I'd recommend this service to anyone.

The service is quick and being able to select the location is great. However recently i have been having issues running the application on Windows 10 and because Netflix now blocks this VPN (which makes me think that its not as private as they make out to be) i will not be renewing my subscription... what else do you use a VPN except to browse American Netflix and be anonymous.
