The service has worked well. Occasionally some cites gives issues, but you can just reconnect to another. They take care of customer service issues very promptly.

Excellent service. In well over 2 years I can't even remember a single minute of downtime. I've never had an issue with the program and it runs flawlessly for days and days on end. Most the time I don't even know it's there (which is how it's supposed to be). I would highly recommend PIA to anyone looking for the best and most affordable VPN.

PIA is definitely a life saver. And their commitment to privacy, TRUE privacy, not just "privacy until threatened by the government" is admirable and deserves strong support from the community. One weird thing that I experience are frequent "dead times" in the connection. I don't know what else to call it, the connection does not drop, simply all hosts become unreachable for a random amount of seconds or even a minute, and then everything resumes. I've experienced this on multiple computers. Many people have the same trouble. All PIA's canned support responses do not fix the problem. To see if it's happening to you, get a tool like pingplotter and let it run a hour or so.

I quit trying to use them after my initial efforts. The protocol never worked. I should have sought a refund, but the convenience of just forgetting about them was the easiest route to take for me.

Was extremely fast and easy to setup on my Mac and iPad. One-click connection/disconnect when the VPN is accessed or turned off. Very easy to change back and forth between a wide-selection of cities and countries. Once connected it has been--without exception--fast and reliable. I've used several different VPN services before going with PIA and none have compared.

I have used PIA for over 18 months now and have to say I am very pleased with the overall performance of the service. It works quickly and easily to secure a private connection and I have not experienced any undue loss of quality, or speed of connection, regardless of which device or OS I have used. I would endorse this company and their product offering.

I've used PIA on Windows, Mac and iOS and it's always been super easy to use and reliable. The yearly subscription is a must have!
