I just installed the app a few days ago and gave called Tech Support 3 times as I cannot connect through one of the wifi networks I need it to work on! Of those 3 times, I have been disconnected on twice and I still cannot connect to any of their VPN services!

Used it nearly a year now. I am overly satisfied with this program. Never had bandwith issues and new location ip always worked. Not sure how "much" bandwith you get but it should be more than enough.

Security and privacy are such valuable assets. So many people are so vulnerable. As our dependency on the net increases, so too should our care and concern about the ease with which our information is mined. VPN is a simple (to the end user) tool to defeat many many threats. And this company (Private Internet Access) offers an easy to use, low cost, and effective tool. So far, my experience with the product has been seamless and rewarding. I have only been using the system for about a week, but I have not experienced any noticeable slowdowns. The system is easy to use and I have no complaints. The price is excellent.
