PIA support was very helpful in pre-sales in helping me to work through the various questions and issues for my application and testing of VPN. I was impressed with their responsiveness and continuity. I was able to solve all my issues - exchange server, white listing of email accounts, etc. in a very short amount of time.

Easy to use, does what it says, can not be happier!

PIA is a well designed, easy to use, VPN service. The pricing is very reasonable (we own two 5 packs for our household), the installation a snap (we're Mac based, both on desktop and iOS). Support inquiries are answered in a reasonable period of time (typically less than 24hrs). We have experienced just two issues; one is the occasional necessity to reset the VPN service on mobile devices, the second, when implementing a spam feature on a OS/X desktop (cut the throughput speed dramatically). We were able to resolve the latter issue by turning this optional feature off. Hope PIA continues to improve the product in the future...dh

Was after a solid vpn initially due to privacy concerns. PIA are cheap, easy to set up, way faster than i expected and compatible with every device I own from ipods to android phones, Windows desktops, macbooks, routers, etc etc etc. I upgraded my Internet speed from 10Mbit to 100Mbit and the vpn kept up! I found a need to access geoblocked content and it was as easy as a few clicks of the mouse. I found a use for a SOCKS proxy and found there was one included. When i did eventually require some support due a conflict of programs creating an excess of data in the log file, the support was solid. The only negative i can think of is that it's not as simple to change payment methods as i would have liked. Had to close my account at the end of the payment period and sign up again with new payment options. Took 2 minutes to sign up but changing the login details on the family's devices took a bit of time (did i mention 5 simultaneous logins? Enough for a house full of gadgets). The old account remained active for a week after the paid period though so there was plenty of time to change over. TL:DR - it works, get it, cheap reliable peace of mind!

Relatively hassle free even for myself who is sometimes technically challenged by relatively simple stuff. Polite and competent staff.
