Not only is their service incredible, but their commitment to the privacy of their customers is second to none.
PIA was touted as a good VPN for those who use Torrents and people who want to encrypt their traffic/hide IP. I signed up/downloaded the program for the monthly rate to try it out. I have some superficial knowledge of networks, but am not very savvy on the topic. From the get-go I was having issues. They have no phone number or live-chat and take a long time to answer e-mails. When they do answer the e-mails, they miss out on many questions/comments you present to them and give inaccurate or only partial answers. They also do not guide you or use layman's terms - not even bothering to try to explain anything. At this point, starting my PIA client just makes my internet go super slow or dead, and again I'm waiting for another e-mail from a new support guy with a generic name (they don't even let you communicate back and forth with one rep). PIA Sucks!!!!
This VPN service is cost effective and easy to use. I like being able to show my connection from so many location around the world. I would highly recommend Private Internet Access to anyone. Most people don't understand the benefit of using a VPN. Check out an independent video review of the product and make your own decision. Often I lose the connection because it can't connect to their vpn, so I have to disconnect to keep using internet. Also on my iphone 6+, it says a lot: failed to connect. So... I've been with them for like a week. If this keeps happening I'll change company... Pros: -Privacy -Easy installation Cons: -Bad connection, fails a lot to connect to their server -It takes away about 5-10 Mbps of my connection
I researched most of the top VPN providers before opting for PIA, while there are others that provide a similar level of service, PIA won me over on cost alone. You get a lot of bang for your buck and I couldn't be happier!?. The other reason Is that It is very user friendly, easy to set up and use, and to be honest I couldn't ask for more.
installed it on my fairly old smartphone and it works flawlessly. Reliable connectivity and quick app. Bonus: support reacted quick when I had a question. Will definitely remain as customer :)
Customer support is fast and helpful. Online chat is available (huge plus). Servers have been reliable and there are many to choose from. Netflix from USA PIA VPN servers work but I hear that VPN to overseas PIA servers does not successfully circumnavigate the Netflix VPN ban. Speed has been reliable and I've successfully connected from school campuses, businesses, and multiple device types. They allow me to use 3 different devices simultaneously. I'm very happy with the service provided.

PIA was a very simple solution to online privacy concerns, easy to install and use. The cost was an absolute factor in my decision. My only issue is concerning port forwarding through the VPN if I wish to leave it on at home all day while I am in the office. It makes it difficult to monitor my home system. Otherwise, you can't beat the price and protection!
