hasta hace poco funcionaba de maravilla pero ya hace tres dias que no me puedo conectar solo si me conecto a una red wifi funciona pero si me salgo de wifi el servicio se corta inmediatamente estoy desilucionada dinero tirado a la basura

This is my first VPN company that i have used and i signed up for a single month to try them out. The speeds were way faster than i expected, the installation was very easy and i have had no problems at all so far. Being ble to turn it on and off with a couple of clicks is exactly how i wanted it to work. Going to purchase the year deal when this month is up.

I've used the vpn service for over a year now and it's great. It works exactly like it should. I never notice any slowdowns or performance degradation using the vpn and only reason I disable it is to use services that don't work over vpn. It's an awesome service for a good price.

Trialled this VPN on the basis of Whirlpool Forum reviews and PCMag (US), and given it was test trialled in the court of law against FBI, I was keen to trial it. Speeds were down to 50-60kb/s (from my normal connection of 600kb/s) initially from Australia. However after troubleshooting with the staff (who replied within 2 hours of my email!), I was finally able to switch to a different server and bam my speed was back. Tech support was quite helpful. If you do find PIA slow within the Oceanic region, try switching to other portforwarding locations close to us i.e. Russia / Melbourne / Hkg. If Sydney / Melbourne has port forwarding services for P2P clients as well, I'm sure it'll excel even further

I've been with PIA for several years and had always been impressed with the quality of service and the reliability of their systems. The customer support has changed from chat to using email with a 4-6 hour turn-around. Also, the PIA VPN client for Ubuntu broke my computer...

The Windows client could not use 300MB+ of RAM while idling, though. Other than that, very good service and reasonable price. I'm very happy to have switched from TunnelBear.
