For my laptop, ipad and phone it works very well. Havent found a way to use it on the ps4 yet. Need a specific ps4 app to beat the restrictions i am on here. Wont allow me to bridge the connection. Recommended. Have only used a free vpn before. So take that into consideration.

The initial setup was more difficult than most programs. It did not even create a shortcut! Info was given to create your own shortcut. I did an upgrade that was extremely confusing. There was a web page that said you had to delete a network adaptor. I did not do this and the upgrade completed ok.

I forgot that I tried this once before. Wouldn't then. And it didn't this time either. This time after installing it still said I was not connected. My network was fine. What I disliked the most was the lack of support. I went to the forum to research possible causes. The posts were so complex. Editing IP addresses. Activating various esoteric options buried in the windows menus. I conclude it's not an end-user product. Perhaps if I paid someone to tweak it I'd see the benefits. I'm just not willing to do that.

I came back to PIA after using IPVanish for a year. Their prices are much better and the service has improved a lot. The connection speeds have greatly increased since the last time I used it. A feature that I really love about PIA is that they provide a Proxy Server which IPVanish did not. Payment was easy and my credentials were mailed to me within a minute of the transaction completion. I really recommend this service to anybody looking for privacy online.

I have been using PIA for two years now and have had no issues whatsoever, I did accidentally buy two licences instead of one when i last renewed PIA by using two different payment methods (my fault really) and PIA were happy to refund it and I got a response from them in less than 15 minutes, it took amazon payments 18 hours to respond to the same ticket!

Setup is quick and painless and well worth the price to have 24/7 encrypted tunnel. There is "paranoia" and then there is healthy caution. My company insists on VPN for all remote usage so why should I be any less cautious with my personal PC? + Very low performance impact on connection speed. - A few sites automatically ban connection I presume based on known IP's of gateways but they weren't anything I can't live without.

I got this to allow access to websites in different parts of the world. It works as advertised. Only issue I had was the first download didn't work. Second attempt was fine and installed straight away. On a PC remember to select load at logon, otherwise you will have to go and find the directory to turn it on when you want to use it (if you do not have it on all the time). The program is very simple to use.

I have found PIA offers an easy to use and fairly priced VPN. Additionally, I believe that PIA has a sufficient number of choices for where you want your IP address to emanate from.
