The service is very impressive. The vpn is easy to setup and use. It works great. I have not had any issues at all.
There are few glitches, sometimes it's a bit slow and also it reconnects while using - can be a bit annoying
Client not always connects to desired servers. Its better to configure own vpn in mac network settings. More countries needed eg. Poland. Netflix and BBC player are blocking some IPs.
Installed the programme software, followed the instructions, works flawlessly, only a couple of megabits drop in download speed. Very highly recommended, excellent value for money.

I was sent an email after I purchased offering new user priority support. I have been unable to get the VPN working since I purchased around ten days ago. I was sent an email offering priority support as a new user. I described the connectivity issue I am having and three days later no response. Why send the email offering support if you are not going to follow through with it?!
Was very easy to set up, seems to be doing everything I want it to do. I'm currently trying it out on a 30 day trial and plan on extending at the end of my trial. Very, very intuitive, even the most novice computer user should be able to run this program and feel secure.
I've never used software like this before, so I'm real new at this. In this day and age, these kind of programs are a must if you want to stay invisible (sort of speak). I, like many others, was getting fed up with the cable company sending those awful emails about piracy and such. I decided to try PIA, and so far, am not sorry about it. I haven't received any more emails from cable company, so it must be working. I don't really notice any difference in the speed, so that is a plus also. I'm still learning how to critique the software to where it benefits me the most. Thank you for allowing me to use this program.
The app for the ios doesn't have the same options like the android one. For example the option to select the apps that we want to go through the vpn. Another annoying problem that exists in the ios and android and doesn't exist in the pc version. Is going to booking (hotels) app, it can't connect to the booking server. We have to deactivate the vpn app to enter in this app. Annoying!
Last time I was able to stream Netflix was two weeks ago. Tried every single USA server on a daily basis. Nada, zip, zilch. PIA email response is "It should work". ummmm, well it doesn't.
