Moved to PIA after first delving into the world of VPN with another provider (Total VPN). Totals support was pathetic I kept being sent around in circles, speeds were poor and connections hit and miss. Couldn't get my routers setup to access vpn. I have now been with PIA for about a week now and with on-going tech support got my router configured. Speed is significantly better than previous VPN provider. Got a refund from previous and week now sign up for 12 months.

I swapped from Purevpn which had become completely unreliable. Setup on my two Windows machines was straightforward and the connections have been fast. I also installed on Ubuntu but had to work out the installation process myself as the instructions on the PIA website did not work for me. Working on Ubuntu now and again a fast connection.

I CAN'T LOGON . 7 TIMES I CONTACTED PIA, THEY SENT ME DIFFERENT FORM EMAILS. ALL I WANTED THEM TO DO WAS HAVE A CHAT REP WALK ME THRU TO LOGON AGAIN. NO HELP WHATSOEVER' I TOLD THEM TO SEND A REFUND. I USED IT FOR 4 MONTHS AND THEN I COULD NOT LOGIN TO PIA. THEY TOLD MY NO REFUNDS AFTER 7 DAYS OF BUYING PIA. WHAT A SCAM. I JUST WANT THE OTHER 8 MONTHS I HAD LEFT REFUNDED.

Setup could have been made a little easier for customers that aren't IT people but it was by no means difficult. VPN is trustworthy and works great.
