I signed up a year ago and my speeds were about half what I was getting when not using it. For some reason after they dropped their Russian connections and issued new software my speed is as fast using PIA as it is when not. Go figure .... Anyway I just renewed my subscription and am a happy camper.

Very simple to setup, stable, and they don't keep any logs! I had some technical questions regarding interaction with other things like OpenDNS and Tor, as well as a feedback suggestion. They responded quickly and in detail (not bots); educated me on the technical stuff and are going to implement my suggestion. Well worth the low price:)

I have had no issues using the service through either wifi or direct-connect ethernet. I have not seen my speeds change when I have the program turned off. It was easy to set up, and is easy to use. It gives you plenty of options if you wish to adjust more advanced settings along with good online documentation to assist.

The only gripe some may have is the custom software that they have you use. IMO, it makes everything easier and the customization options are there if you want them. Very fast, i have 10MB/s internet and i almost always get at least 8.5MB/s with PIA connected.
