I'm not so sure at first of using VPN then I read the PC Mag reviews of different VPN providers. The reviews change my mind. I choose PIA!!! It's very affordable and it runs in the background after installation. I haven't tried their technical support yet but it seems to me that they very attentive of their customers. I have received several emails from them already ensuring that they are around if in case I encountered an issue. So far so good though. I'm streaming movies and didn't notice any lag. Downloading an app was kind of slow but I can live with it knowing that I can roam around the internet in a safer environment.

It's been great so far, plenty of locations to choose from the only thing I would say is that it has a bit of lag while gaming, which obviously is to be expected, but don't forget to disable it!

Very nice service but there is a couple things missing that I want for example the interface for windows isnt good....Its easy to use but damn make a new nice design and upgrade from the year 2000 version that this program is written in. The desktop client for windows...

It works and that is a good start. It will ensure anonymity. I've not experienced drops of coverage, so that's good. However, I've had 240mbps down speed and 12 up. With this vpn, I drop to 100 down and 4 up. Pages load unbearably slow for some reason. I will ONLY use this if and when I need anonymity. I will otherwise disconnect when not using. Sad that it isn't great.

My internet speed slows more than I expected when using PIA. It works fine on cellular and when using my wifi at home, but I have frequently had connection problems when using public. Their customer service is very slow. I have two different service requests that have not received a response a couple days after submitting them.

can't download program. got some help and suggestions but so far nothing is happening. asked for refund but a techie gave some step by step instrux for my situation and i'll try it b4 i demand my $ back....now r u going to print this??
