I've only used the application for a couple of days so it is difficult to give a 5 star rating right from the start. When I first downloaded and started using the application, I was having difficulty staying connected. No matter which setting I used, after a period of time, the connection would be dropped. The support team at PIA were great in dealing with my issues. I received detailed, step by step instructions to correct the connection problems. Since making the required system changes, I have yet to experience any issues. Great work by a very professional team.

Valt tegen. Ik ga gebruik maken van money back periode. Mijn downloadsnelheid viel helemaal weg. Paar keer geprobeerd. Met en zonder pia. Heb glasvezel. Gaat normaal best snel. Maar met pia zou de film over 7 weken gedownload zijn (via torrent). En daar had ik juist voor aangeschaft. Jammer.

As title says. I did try a few others before finding PIA. I can tell you. It is a joy compared to others. My main use was for torrenting. With the others. I could not get above 500KB on popular torrents. With PIA, I am getting 10-12Mbps. Outstanding! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast VPN.
