I wanted to install it on my router. There was no guides or help. I had to find a another people who had the same problem and they told me what to do. And I have fiber 1024 Mbps and AC5300 beast router. I don't even get 12 Mbps when using the PIA. Dang shame I lost all that speed. Will not be paying for another month.
Makkelijke installatie zowel op laptop Win 10 als op Samsung phone , Android. Lekker gebruiksvriendelijk.
It's is easy to use and a great value. I wish that the renewal of the service was better. I took a 1 year subscription and at the end of the subscription i was forced to renew as a new customer. It's not completed to configure all my devices (2 smartphone, 2 desktops, 1 tabket, 1 laptop) to the new username and password, but it would be great to be able to continue my service with a flawless transition. This issue creates an opportunity for existing customers to explore other options.
Only been using PIA for a week or so. Had no problems installing & setting up, although found it tricky finding helpful info without submitting a ticket , which I haven't done yet but might have because, the speed seems a bit slow. I tried gaming online but the connection speed was too slow. Still early days though & admittedly I'm a bit of a noob when it comes to the internet privacy. I don't see a problem, I see potential.
My colleague recommended Private Internet Access to me and I installed it recently. It was easy to install, there were no hick-ups and it worked right from the start. I will definitely recommend to those around me.
I've only been using PIA for about a week but so far I have found it really slows down my internet. I presume the program works, I have no way of knowing. If my internet speeds improved I would rate much higher.
Although it is still early days, I find PIA good value , easy to install , fast with no issues . I assume it works ok as I don't see myself at the other end , I'll have a better idea next Xmas ... cheers
Been using PIA for about two years now, and it's always been an excellent experience: negligible effect on my bandwidth speeds, only a couple outages that I've noticed (over 2 years!), and verifiably secure and private.
The instructions for installation on a Linux system were good and easy to follow. The software did not initially establish a connection, but I submitted a request for help and they showed me what needed to be done with my particular setup.
Many (if not all) PIA IPs are blacklisted, so I get blocked trying to access Amazon.com from overseas. That access is the main reason I want a VPN, so this is not acceptable for my purposes. Also, PIA is not fully functional for older OSx operating systems, and they don't warn you of that before you buy.
