PIA does not work with a chromebook. I would like to know how to get a refund. I found no information regarding incompatibility with Chromebook until I tried to execute the downloaded .exe file. Hence I'm am out my 2 year subscription. Not good!

Very happy new customer. I'm a very technical PC user (the "computer guy" in the family, you know the type) with a good ability to weigh the pro's and con's of different VPN products. PIA had an excellent combination of (1) features, (2) ease of use, and (3) price. Easy enough to install and use that even non-technical users could easily use it. Installs and works as advertised. Only glitch is that I operate several iMacs and one of the older ones that I just use for downloading MUST works under MacOS 10.6.8. The current version of PIA does not support this OS. I looked for an older legacy version but the oldest version you offer is v77 on your site. When I called customer service, they said I needed v75, which you no longer offer, and offered several work around that DO NOT utilize PIA. I am disappointed that you cannot offer v75, even if you don’t support it any longer, to customers that desire that version.
