Does what it says! Can't complain. I can do everything I want to now with out fear of anything. Top notch connection speeds. Haven't had to contact customer service yet, but they did send me an email after 24 hours of use to make sure everything was going good. There's even a built in "send a complaint" button built in should you encounter any issues. It's a ballsy move, but PIA can back it up!
