Je viens démarrer l'utilisation de PIA et je dois dire qu'ayant plusieurs types de plateforme j'ai trouve un produit à la fois abouti et très facile d'utilisation sur l'ensemble (Windows, Ubuntu, Android). Le panel de serveur et de pays ainsi que l’étendu des services (y compris BitTorrent) en font un service de qualité a un prix très raisonnable. La seule petite chose négative à ce stade est peut-être le site web qui n'est pas complètement intuitif car il envoie sur les changements de profile au lieu d'accueillir et d'envoyer sur la page de support qui est en fait le bon point de départ. L'utilisation régulière et l'extension à d'autres types d'utilisation me permettront de compléter mon avis pour le moment très positif. I have but just started using PIA and I have to say that I find it both efficient and easy to use on all my platforms (Windows, Ubuntu, Android). The variety of servers and countries as much as the extent of features make it a very good service at a reasonable price. The only negative point so far is maybe the web site which I find not very intuitive. Indeed it sends you at first to profile changes instead of taking you straight to the support page which in fact is the true starting page. Further and regular use will allow me to complement my review which at this stage is very positive.

Have only recently subscribed to this VPN service. But compared to my efforts with other VPN services. I have been very pleasantly surprised with the ease of installation and operation of the PIA software. Together with a small browser extension to contend with geo restricted sites. I have at last. After much trial and frustration. Reached the standard of security and access that I had aimed for. Although I have only subscribed for 1 month because of past problems with other VPN's. If the service continues to perform as it has been doing so far. (Although I have noticed significant speed drops on occasion) I will have no hesitation in extending the term for 1 year.

Its a con, does not work. Paid for account, installed on PC, it says I'm connected to VPN but all websites still identify my IP. I cannot access any blocked torrent sites (ie The Pirate Bay), their IT support replied the below: "However, as support for working around geo-locked content is not within our scope of customer support, we are unable to assist you in this specific request. The best people to assist you with this request going forward would be the people doing the geo-locking themselves." So their advice is for me to contact the government that blocked the site, LOL what a joke. Don't waste your money on this VPN.

Almost no drop in ping and speed. Very simple to use app to manage your connection and always keeps your phone/computer connected. From the start there has been excellent customer service. Compared to some other providers I've tried, PIA are excellent.

App tested in places like Oman, Dubai, United States, and Mexico and where very useful with servers like Switzerland and Norway. Very recommended! Just love it for the cheap price of 1 payment per year
