I use the software downloaded from their site. It's easy to set up, and any issues I had initially with my flawed OS were taken care of by their staff LITERALLY within minutes. I'd email them and get a generic immediate response...then maybe 5-6 minutes later I'd get an actual detailed response that solved my issue. Their product seems to work well, and their staff is amazing

Uppn my initial interaction with PIA, I, like any consumer I had trepidations. I was pleasantly surprised, when confronted with a un-resolvable situation. PIA tech support as well as customer service leaped into action and immediately provided several viable solution to assist a frantic customer. I can tell you wholeheartedly, thatPIA was absolutely astonishing with there level of support and dedication to me, not just as a customer but as a extremely frustrated person! I had been researching VPN's for the past month and I kept referring back to Private Internet Access - not only for the price, but their claims of how easy it would be to set up. True to its word, I had no problems with installing and running it. The support pages are very easy to understand; I didnt have to try to decipher a lot of 'techie' jargon. If you worry at all about your privacy online, Private Internet Access is the VPN you need.

Easy to install and worked right 'out of the box'. I had issues with my email client (Firebird) not working with other VPN services but not with IPA. So far I am very happy with my service.

PIA, has shown me understanding, compassion, speed in responding and Very Professional service all around. They also back up their customers after the sale.
