PIA once was OK. Now it's impossible to get tech support. The online chat never connects to anyone and I'm still waiting for an answer to an email/online query I submitted weeks ago. Seems hopeless. Too bad. They were decent once.

Everything seems to be like any other VPN except that I'm having issues syncing my Fitbit, a banking app, and a couple other apps on my iPhone XR. I have to turn off PIA in order to access those apps. It works just fine on my PC and Surface Pro 7 so 2 out of 3 isn't bad, I suppose.
