Easy to set up service. I got an answer to my question by the new user support within an hour, would definitely recommend to others.
This is my first time using a paid VPN, and it's working great. My network speeds are no slower than without it. So far my only issues have been that I'm having trouble connecting through my phone and computer simultaneously, but I'm sure there are solutions to this if I look into it, and that I have to disable my VPN if I want to watch Netflix. Still, easily worth the low price of a one-yeah subscription.
I've been using PIA for about a week now. It's the first VPN i've used, but a few friends recommended it because PIA doesn't keep logs of your browsing habits. So I got a subscription for like $3 a month. So far it's running great, the speeds are amazing and I know that my connection is secure. They made it really easy to sign up and use, and their app for mac and android both are really easy to use and work very well. All in all, this is the best VPN experience I can imagine (although, admittedly, I haven't experienced others). I'd recommend them if you haven't already got a VPN or if your subscription is coming to an end.
I tried a few VPN's before i settled for this one. This is by far the best. I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about saying you have to be a tech wizard to use it, that is absolutely not the case. Its as simple as pay then download the app, enter your generated login and password they send by email and away you go. Details are good for 5 simultaneous connections meaning can be used for all the devices of your household. Very simple app compared to other vpn's. Click advanced for extra security options such as disconnect internet when vpn is turned off meaning in case you lose connection to vpn your snoopy service provider cant immediately see what you were doing. Ive never so far seen the vpn network go down and i cant tell any difference in my connection or download speed. Allows P2P sharing which a lot of others don't. Can choose 2 levels of encryption 128 or 256bit. Can choose which country you want to connect via. Tried tracking myself via online ip trackers and it has no idea where i am. Im no expert hacker but i couldn't find a thing. So in conclusion i am very happy with the service and the price is very reasonable. I purchased a year just in case it wasn't for me but i am definitely going to continue using this. Hope this helps people decide.

I am a returning customer and their service is fast, reliable and their customer support is great. I dont know if its always like that but I received a response from customer service in less then a day. Totally satisfied so far and my son is too as he can use gaming servers he has been banned from lol.
avant j avais vpn facile (qui n etait pas trop mal)enfin jusqu'à que j apprenne qu ils conservent les log 12 mois.et de plus leur tarif est passé de 39€ a 49€ entre 2016 et 2017.apres recherches et plusieurs essais j ai adopté PIA qui coté tarif est a 39.95$ qui en euro fait 39.03€ après ponction de la banque.jusqu a là rien a dire au top merci PIA.
