I've had trouble using this service on windows, but since switching to Linux it's been really smooth sailing with their beta indicator. I keep it running at all times and it normally stays up without the killswitch triggering (you can have it shut off your internet if it detects a leak). Everyone should have a VPN service. The "I have nothing to hide" mentality doesn't stop companies from profiting off your internet activity. I've dealt with PIAs customer service as well. A live chat session solved my problems. For 3 bucks a month, it's worth it.

After trying several VPN services and being disappointed I read a review for PIA and signed up for one month to see how it was............ After only 2 days of usage I paid for a full year. PIA is super easy to install and configure, works flawlessly for me and the price? That too blows away the competition. And their customer service truly IS "customer service". One of the best and most satisfying purchases I have ever made for my computers and phones. Easily a solid 5 star rating.

Works great, the closer the bump the faster. haven't tried in conjunction with Tor bridge yet, but using TMAC to change MAC address every day or two. Wonder if they can figure out who or where I am ? Don't forget to tape over your camera and mic.

With this many 5 Star ratings you cant go wrong. PIA was recommended to me by a friend and He was right. Great service and easy to use. So far so good on everything. Keep up the good work. Well worth the yearly costs.

Really great experience. Tried the service, easy to setup, port forwarding worked great, speeds are almost always over 100Mbps per device (rarely drops to about 80Mbps). And it's a really good price for a 1 year subscription.

This is my 2nd time with PIA, last time I forgot to renew in time. Great experience, easy to install app. Asked for support to best configure uTorrent and it was explained clearly within minutes. Barely any notable speed loss. Very happy

Apparently impossible to renew your service I've been favorably impressed with the service. With one major exception. My service is due to expire and I can't find anyway to renew it. Which makes it rather worthless since I can't use it in two more days
