First time trying them and they made it as smooth as possible. Great service and company.
I am not the most tech savvy individual.... had an issue connecting while over seas, shot an email, quickly got a response with a few questions. I answered them, then quickly got an extremely detailed step by step email to fix my issue. It even included additional steps if the first set didn't work! Knowledable and friendly staff!! If you don't know much about VPN's or any of this tech nerd stuff, don't worry, the staff will take care of you!!!
It does what a VPN should and some more. Price is great. Not much else to say. I'm satisfied.
Pia vpn does what is's supposed to do very well. Very fast connection, has a kill switch, which is useful on public wifi, doesn't get in the way and it is affordable. Highly recommended.
Instead of renewing my VPN, I decided to give PIA a go. It's much faster than my old VPN, and the annual deal is quite good value. The MAC software works well, and is very simple to use. Very happy overall.
sometimes it works, sometimes speed gets too slow to do anything with it. only 100k or slower. i use pptp which does not encrypt anything. service is fast -they email back within 30 minutes. nevertheless support does not solve any problems. they always blame the customer for their slow speed because they do not want to upgrade their infrastructure. they could buy more bandwith but is expensive in some countries and they try to save money at the customer's disadvantage. finally they told me that the slow speed came from my geolocation which is total bs. i had extremely slow speed with them with fast providers in north america, europe and in asia. or they blame it on encryption which i do not use. yes, their usa servers are fast but i do not need that at all. the servers i use are often extremely slow. i was told by one supportperson six months ago that they planned to upgrade the infrastructure in some countries (buy more bandwith and more servers) but it never happened as of now. instead of improving the speed they send you a long list of questions wich does not help at all. finally they will tell you excuses: that you were are too far away from the vpn server and your latency would be too high. or they tell you that using a router reduces the speed by 80% which is total bs. a good vpn provider will not reduce your speed significantly! it will work by default and you will not need any support. i switched to a competitor and after a few days of blazing fast speeds i also got very slow speeds. at the same time pia gives faster speeds now. therefore i will stay with them until it expires and see if they will improve their speeds.
PIA has memorable customer service. One in a while there are some internet speed issues or technical issues. Customer service is always there with solutions and patience.
Easy to set up. Excellent tech support. Good value.

This VPN is, in my opinion, the best out there. Between the competitive pricing and the incredible speed, I cannot find a reason why anybody wouldn't choose PIA. It is also fast enough to use while playing online games, which can be an issue with other providers. While this is on my ping rarely changes (20-40 average on or off).
