Although easy to use and set up, NONE of PIA's servers work with watching Amazon Videos, Netflix, etc. It's so frustrating that PIA charges so much but doesn't actually do its function. I live in the US, but I travel overseas all the time for work. I can't watch any of the shows I want because PIA's VPNs doesn't work. Not worth my money spent.

The service is terrible. I have an extremely slow Internet or none. Support service is inefficient. According to PIA support team, the issue is because of my updated Kaspersky anti-virus 2017. Apparently, having your anti-virus license updated is not a good idea, and just giving the "its-up-to-you" recommendation of downgraded it sounds ridiculous, seriously. Just get your software well upgraded and do not give excuses.

Very easy to use and as far as I know there hasn't been any problems. The only downside is the speed but this is the fastest VPN I've used so far. I'm on a Gigabit line as in 1000/1000, when I have the VPN activated I get around 300/300, but that's really good in my opinion. Would recommend!

I started using PIA for one week now and so impressed that it hasn't let me down. I have researched and Subscribed to two other main stream companies only to find out that their platform was for PC's and mobile, not Android box . I live in Canada most of my favourite TV is from the UK like ITV I gave up my cable but can't give up my Coronation Street. ? PIA is so easy to use and starting to discover other functions to the program . DEFINITELY will RECOMMEND
