I feel scammed- it doesn't work! I purchase the PIA and it worked for a few days then simply would not connect. I have tried for two days to resolve, connecting through various locations without any satisfaction. When I visit their help desk it say that they are experiencing a lot of requests. I put in a service request and will see how responsive they are before I seek a full refund.

This is a very early review since I've been using PIA for only about a week. I use the Mac client and it seems pretty stable so far. I leave it on all the time, so when the laptop is waking up from sleep, I have to wait a few seconds before the client can reconnect to servers before I access the internet. So far the additional lag it introduces to my overall browsing experience has been very minimal (anecdotally about 0.9% slower download and upload speeds). I'm using a local endpoint, but even with that I have seen a drop in targeted ads - especially those that were using my IP address to track visits. This is a beneficial side-effect in my case. I would like to implement the connection in my router, so all my home devices will be protected, but there are some technical hurdles that I have to work through first. I would like to see some additional information about data logging and retention policies, but what I have read so far satisfies my (current) security and privacy requirements.

Used it for 3 years and frankly it's still the best vpn out there. I use it on my Windows desktop and android tablet $ phones. Very rarely is there an issue with speed on the mobile devices. I have recommended it and will do so again.

Everything is good, but the fact that they don't publish the list of their outgoing IPs is a dealbreaker to me.

Easy to subscribe; simple setup; all the features I was looking for. I've bounced out of a few different exit servers and have not suffered any appreciable loss of bandwidth. Excellent service! Tool tips explain various connectivity and encryption points for the novice user. Additional configuration videos and documents give the more experienced user the satisfaction of knowing your installation is configured with the best options for your use case.
