The app is excellent and I was able to install quickly and easily on windows 10 laptop and android phone. Would not install on my Sony android tablet. After many suggested fixes the service department finally saw that I had a blue light filter which was blocking installation. They didn't give up. I like that!

I'm in my first week using PIA and it was simple to set up and so far it's been quite fast to use. When waking from sleep I get a pop-up warning that my PIA access is disconnected, but moments later I get a 2nd alert to tell me that contact has been re-established. My main concern was speed of video and so far Youtube and Vimeo have been fine.
