It was easy to set up. I haven't had any problems with speed. Netflix doesn't care for PIA, but that doesn't really have anything to do with the service, more of a FYI.

Download speeds are so bad nowadays that every other positive aspect of PIA is negligible. I average at around 5% of my normal download speed, this is not on just one server but all EU servers. Upload speeds are fantastic so it is clear that bandwidth is insufficient. My old rating from a year ago was 4/5 despite even then bad download speeds. But they weren't nearly as bad as it is nowadays. Pathetic.

Private Internet Access works great and is very easy to install on my iPhone via the "Private Internet Access VPN" app. I have not noticed any speed degradation. I cannot access Uber or Netflix while on the VPN because of the way those services use network information to determine the user's location. I deleted Netflix because I am committed to as private an Internet experience as I can achieve while maintaining communications with the folks who are important in my life. Excellent product.
