I had difficulty setting up the service so I tried contact us. I got a message that you were busy and I did not hear for two days and the response was totally irrelevant to my problem. I figured it out but the experience was not user friendly. Hopefully this is not indicative of the quality of protection I am getting.

I have been with this company one month. for the first week, The VPN worked with bbc iplayer. It did not work with Amazon Prime or HBO. I purchased this service so I am able to watch UK programs while I live abroad in spain as advertised on their website. I paid a yearly subscription up front for one year. After 7 days, The bbc Iplayer detected that I was not in the UK and I was unable to access their programs. I wrote to Private Internet access with my Complaint and was told that I was out of my 7 day trial and so they will not give me a refund. These people are frauds. Your IP address is not hidden while using their services. And they will not refund you. Very very poor customer service to boot. Go find another VPN. This one is no good sadly. :-(
