Don't know if it is running on desktop, no Icon to click. Phone, forget about it, will not accept password and username, I got tired of fighting it. If it doesn't get better quickly you will not get another dime out of me.
I can't access Netflix or Prime Video/Amazon in the states from where I currently live in India, which is the main reason I wanted a vpn
only just joined. had limited joy with the main reasons for joining which were iPlayer at BBC and ITV Hub. the BBC kept knocking me off because they could detect that pia is an unregistered in terms of ip address in the uk and thus clearly indicates a vpn, which they do not allow. this is not mentioned as a problem in the pia info. ITV allowed live watching but did not allow stored or streamed watching of series. so almost equally, not a lot of value for me. have reported a few times over the last few days and no resolution. so a refund of funds paid is required. Had a response from PIA from this posting and sent an email as requested. i just trust that i will now get my refund as my prior email requests have gone unanswered
I haven't had any problems with it, its fast and reliable, what else can I say... also cheaper than other options I saw...
Excellent product since day 1 (2011), excellent tech support far exceeds expectations. So fast sometimes and so many techs working on it sometimes trpping over each other LOL. Thank you

Was a good VPN, which i had used with only a few problems until, they randomly decided to cancel my year subscription, after only 5 months, i still had 7 months left paid for...and actually had the cheek to send an email saying "we are sorry to hear you go, please consider rejoining us". I was quite reasonable, i waited 3 or 4 days, after sending them a message, to see if they would rectify the problem, but they have chosen to ignore that, which I think says a lot about their customer service too :) I am writing this, for a few reasons... 1. To warn others this may happen to them. 2. In the hope they might see this and try to solve my problem (if they do that within the next few week, I shall remove the review, as they will have at least shown they want to help their customers).
I have been a constant subscriber since 2013. Speeds are good, customer service is responsive and at a reasonable annual price. I use it for my home Network and iPhone. Highly recommend.
Have been using PIA for several years, easy to use, and always works well. Customer service is A++. Highly recommended.
