Easy to use service! Multi platform support, works well with all of my devices. Even with devices not listed on their site! The occasional drop in service occurs when my mobile device signs in to the work or school wifi. That's usually because they are already running a VPN service. Airplane mode on and off usually resets the connection and gets my services running again. I highly recommend! Great prices compared to the amount of servers they have world wide. Does NOT slow​ down my internet connection by much which is a HUGE plus!

I installed their software and discovered that it re-installed another program I had uninstalled and it disabled my virus scan and firewall. I uninstalled the software and requested refund. I received no response. No customer service.

Poor connection. I kept getting connection drop all the time. The speed offered are slower "with vpn". The support does not reply to my email. (i did three time). It's cheap, but I do not recommend it.

I've been using these guys for years! I was tempted to give 4 stars as they had issue with their iPhone app, however I know first hand how difficult Apple API restrictions can be when iOS is updated and they did assist me with a 3rd party app that got the job done! Very affordable and seems to be secure, almost 40 locations to choose from and generally quite fast. Highly recommended!
