Боялся, что появится замедление в работе (был печальный опыт в других компаниях), но нет, по ощущениям даже немножко быстрее все стало бегать. Очень стабильно -- я не выключаю соединение по нескольку суток кряду и все продолжает работать. Цена... Ну, всегда хочется платить меньше, а получать больше. :)) Но по результату, считаю, что свои деньги ребята отрабатывают сполна. Так что -- все ок, лучшее из аналогичных услуг. (нет, мне не платили за отзыв, я не получал за него скидок и никаких других бонусов тоже не получал, все честно)

Two stars based on NIL customer service! Credit card charge of $39.95, then no support! Repeated attempts to contact via link on their website NG. No excuse, PIA needs to honor what they claim, therefore my experience to date it was false - computer generated 24/7 customer service is not an excuse either when is doesn't correct issues!!

Really cuts down my internet connection speed. When not connected my download speed is at 160 Mbps but once connected through P.I.A the best speed I can get is 21 Mbps.

The only setting I WOULD LIKE VERY MUCH is the abilitiy to automatically connect to varied VPN around the world without predictability. Right now, I'm unable to do that. Either manually change the endpoint, or stick with one... which is not desirable. Otherwise, unobtrusive, fast connections, and easy to use 4 of 5 until the point above is resolved
