well as just vpn it is best service in world. really. but they thinks, that them customers just stupid pans. really. i spend three days to fix issues, which gived to my system, when script "tryed" to establish vpn connection. guys, tip No.1 to use pia: DON'T DOWNLOAD THEIR APPS! all modern devices (android and ios too!) have NATIVE vpn settings. go to your profile page on pia, generate login and password (login with x symbol) and google how to connect via system openvpn service.

I have two services: PIA and NordVPN Just a quick comparison. PIA Pros I noticed that is faster than NordVpn (at least on my PC), excellent Linux interface and good Chrome app also. I have no experience to share with Windows or Mac at this time. Cons No Netflix or similar access to streaming providers like NordVPN does instead. Communication is very slow also. I sent an email and I never got a reply (I set 24 hrs or one business day as a fair time to respond.) NordVPN has a 24/7 chat which is very helpful. If PIA improves their customer communication channel I would give them a 5 stars rating.

I had a bit of trouble setting up my various devices. It took a few days but once I was able to communicate with a customer service representative, they were very helpful in solving my problems. I originally switched from my previous VPN provider because they kept logs and I am happy with that decision. On the downside, there is some speed loss, particularly on IOS and some regular websites particularly banks and paypal will reject PIA's servers. All in all, I am satisfied with the product and service.
