like the poster below. Same issues. PIA knocks my MBPS down by 3. That's the best of the servers available. The customer service is slow at best. Bombard you with questions and make you do all the leg work.

I guess it would have been a great product but not for firesticks. The cancellation process is sketchy, but I am seeing this n Multiple sites. it makes me hesitant to order things online.

Extremely slow service, nowhere near the speeds they advertise no matter what server you're using. The VPN client they provide is absolute trash and crashes every ten minutes, disconnecting you from the VPN gateway. Worst of all is it doesn't even tell you its disconnected so you're thinking you're protected when you're not. If you use the VPN gateway directly it's slow and disconnects frequently. I've used other VPN services in the past for a similar cost and had way better experiences. Do not waste your money.

The best VPN in the biz for people concerned with both privacy and performance. Very affordable, simple to install & use, loads of server locations with generally good speeds, and robust security & privacy features. Tech support has always been prompt and helpful. The company seems genuinely interested in the privacy cause, donating resources to various online rights and privacy groups. And most of all, their no-logging policy has been proven in court, a first for VPN companies. I’ve been using PIA for years and I see no reason to change anytime soon.
