This service has connected quickly every time I've used it so far. I have it on an iPad, an android phone, and a windows pc. Benchmark tests show a slight slowing (of course there is, it's being encrypted), but nothing noticeable for the things I do. If I want to do a lot of streaming or file transfers that don't have to be encrypted I can turn it off in a second.

Service is great except on their app for the iPhone. But their customer service rectified that by telling me to use OpenVPN, instead of their own app, with their servers. No issues.

The service is great, and the internet connection is about as fast as what the ISP provides. The only drawback is that when you want to do online banking at some institutions they will block access unless you turn it off. There needs to be a better way to stay connected to the VPN access and do online banking at the same time. Otherwise, it's great for viewing content that is not available everywhere. It gives you privacy and peace of mind.
Netflix doesn’t function when vpn is active. Other functionality is excellent . Easy and straightforward

I have been using PIA now for over 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about the service. The connections are fast and speeds are good most of the time. Their costumer service is fast to respond and very courteous . It's easy to use and dependable.I would recommend it to anyone .
