I had a complicated problem where the green icon showed that I was connected however PIA's website said I was not protected. After a couple of emails back and forth and answering their questions the problem was resolved immediately. A very easy problem to fix though it took PIA's team of technicians to identify the problem and offer the solution. Thanks again.
