I asked my friends which VPN Service they used. Three of the five people I talked to said they used PIA... so I took the plunge. It's easy to use and doesn't log anything; it has a very small footprint; and, after running multiple speed tests, barely dropped my 25 Mbps rated speed. I would recommend this service based on the low cost alone... the other benefits are just icing on the cake. Kudos to the developers. 5 Stars.

I wanted to use a vpn with proxy but did not know how/what to do. I then found a very simple youtube video which showed me how in simple steps and the narrator was using pia. I signed up for the $2 odd a month for 2 years price and amazingly managed to install and use it with ease. It's very easy to switch on and off using the red/green icon in the bottom right of the screen. I thoroughly recommend it for ease of use by beginners like me as well as I'm sure advanced users who will take it to the next level.
I have been working full time in IT since 1976, and guess what, I specialise in, cryptography and security. So I feel fully qualified to say, without going into full details, that there are several reasons why PIA is simply the best when it comes to choosing a paid for VIP. You will have to trust me. Several answers to questions you should ask. Is there help service good? Yes, very good and very prompt. Tried twice in umpteen years. Once when I first joined and just this year when my PC was generally playing up! Perfect each time. Are their lines fast? Oh yes, I pay for 52/10 BT FTTC which is a very good 50/09 line. I log in to Sweden as an example, never drops below 42 So I would say YES to that too. And that's about the average speed I seem to get anywhere in Europe. If I get to a new article that's only available to US Readers, then I am able to confirm that the US east coast is pretty much a bit slower, obviously, but still a pretty damn good constant 30+5+ line and its about avg for the USA. It's its Pricing reasonable?. I go for the two years option with confidence. I use it pretty much all the time. I just don't like the idea of people reading the type of news I am reading, I don't want people to know my politics etc. It's one thing that is definitely private to you and I don't want my ID stolen either and PIA makes it harder for them too! I am an ordinary internet user with no ties to anything to do with PIA.

This company is the most untrustworthy company I have ever done business with. There their service did not work, their support took too long to respond, They would not cancel my account as clearly instructed and continued to charge my PayPal account a month after they were instructed not to, they continued to charge me even they knew that I had no access to their service. Save your money, STAY AWAY!
Super price! Can use up to 5 devices on the one account. Seamless integration from the download and very quick connection to the server country of my choice. Have recommnended to my PC class.

Never had a problem before, but so far this time, service has been pretty bammer. Ive sent a few requests. Ive PAID to get my account back up and running several days ago. I can't sign in. says credentials dont match or whatever and no one responds. Not really happy right now. Update: Everything was fixed. Problem was half mine. Customer service could have been a little better, but they made it right. sal good.
