Dinged them one star for legal jurisdiction for the nervous-Nellys plus some confusion regarding Amazon payment process and the way their site allows for updates. Could be ignorance on my part, but it seems like something should be more intuitive than it is. Otherwise a solid and fast service that you shouldn't have trouble with.

Speeds Don't Go above 24Mb Down (My connection is 70Mb). Support are good but the information they gave me to fix my speed did not work.
