Ian a returning customer. I love this vpn only a couple of minor issues for me 1. I don’t like automatic update so cancelled auto renew but had to set up new account to get back on. 2. On new version dark background has gone. Now only white but on my tv it burns my retinas being so white

Служба поддержки отсутствует Написал тикет. Ответ дали через 3 дня. В панике от такого сервиса написал запрос о возврате денег (нужно успеть в семь дней). Его смержили с предыдущим и проигнорировали. Но зато предложили оставить отзыв здесь. update. Manager account of this service left an answer to my review and want me to send a message. But i technically can't do that at this service! There are two amazing things. PIA answers at this service faster than they own ticket system. Second — they don't know rules at this platform.

It works great, service is reliable and transfer speeds are good. The only thing I would like to see improved is ping to Japan. The distance is shorter than to California but the ping is 100 ms higher.
