Сервис в целом работает и со своими задачами по более-менее справляется, но есть и минусы. Во-первых, скорость все-таки режется, на 10мбит тарифе где-то в 2 раза, согласно speedtest.net. Торренты так же стали качаться ощутимо медленне. Во-вторых, а для меня даже во-первых, постоянно обрывается связь. Если для серфинга в сети это не критично, то для онлайн-игр очень даже. В течение получаса игры меня выкидывало с сервера раз пять, так что не играбельно. По итогу сервисом пользуюсь когда возникают проблемы с соединением (Playstation network и Google), в остальное же время пользуюсь прямым подлючением. В том же PSN, например, после логина переключаюсь на обычный интернет. Таким образом, данное решение рассматриваю как временное, по истечению оплаченного месяца поищу другие варианты, либо откажусь от использовия vpn вообще, если закончится эта чехарда с РКН.

I like PIA. I think it is a great VPN. I think it could be better(5 star rating) if the Customerservice was better. Sometimes it takes PIA a considerable amount of time to reply when the customer have a question or problem. PIA, also, should strive to be on more platforms such as Amazon fire stick, etc.

Great VPN Service, I really love the setup and easiness of use. And they have been great on fixing my issues. So below does not apply any longer... BUT, I just have a complain with the billing system which seems to be fully automatic. I had and active account for one year period from October 1 2017 to 2018. I saw a deal of two years for 51.90. So I apply and paid and use the same email address of my account to get credited for. When I check my account... Big was my surprise to find out I had a new billing period of April 20 2018 to April 20 2020. Only the two years from I had just purchase. It seems that the Billing System overwrites your account with the new purchase. I request help. They refund my last purchase and delete my account without repairing or crediting my last account purchase so all the sudden I didn't have an account. I request help and all they could do was to send me a link to get an offer of two years for 59.90, which I apply and get it. I paid for the service because I believe in the company and the service they provide, I had a bad experience with them but I trust they may repaired. I haven't get back from them, but I hope that this review will open upper management eyes and take care of this customer.

after my account expired I went to renew and had to basically start over but was unable to sign in no matter what I was prompted to try, I am not versed in computer babble there must be a lot of pitfalls to screw up the process. security is fine but not when customers cannot traverse the maze. I am not paying for aggravation, I do not need or want it, their Zendesk message says they are busy,sorry bout that so this will be' good by', too bad, I tried.

PIA =VPN= DOES NOT WORK - PERIOD. I put it on my iPhone X before boarding my Royal Caribbean cruise on March 25th. I also bought unlimited WiFi on the cruise. When I tried to use PIA - it would NOT work with my ships wi-fi. It also would not work whenever using local wi-fi in Mexico (off of the ship). I asked for a REFUND - and PIA said 'get from Apple'. I tied to get it on apple's app store site, but could not figure out 'how' to do it. PIA TERMS OF SERVICE states THEY will make the REFUND and THEY REFUSE TO DO DO - very DISHONEST in my opinion - and even when using ship wi-fi which got me ALL MY internet contacts - impossible to get PIA's HELP DESK without even using their VPN. I think maybe better to pass this one by - and find a reliable company to deal with.

Хороший VPN, стабильно работает на windows 8, Android. Пользуюсь данным продуктом уже пару месяцев. Однако, при использовании клиента PIA vpn на windows 7, возникает серьезная проблема. После установки соединения между pc и одним из предложенных клиентом PIA серверов, браузеры (Chrome, IE) не могут получить доступ к сайтам. Изменение настроек шифрования не решили проблему.
