I have opened a ticket over a week ago with no reply still. (opened two hours after subscribing), that: 1. the service does not answer my needs of using VPN on my router, and I need to cancel. 2. the promotion page states $X.XX per month, but did not state that the amount will be deducted all at once. and when I chose to pay by PayPal, the pop-up window stated "you'll be able to review your order before you complete your purchase", which was not true, as I was charged without reviewing my order and see that I will be charged the full amount.
Convient pour mon usage, après en avoir essayé 8 (Hma, NordVPN, VyprVPN, AirVPN, Cyberghost, SaferVPN, PureVPN, et PIA): - Logiciel-client qui donne la main sur les algorithmes de chiffrements et d'authentification des données - Protocole OpenVPN inclut dans le logiciel. Pas besoin de couche logicielle supplémentaire (Tunneblick/Viscosity, au fonctionnement d'ailleurs aléatoire) - Pas de fuite DNS, contrairement à Hma par exemple, qui n'a jamais pu résoudre le problème, me renvoyant finalement aux serveurs de mon Fai... - Fonctionne normalement sur iPhone (iOs 7), contrairement à PureVPN, qui d'ailleurs impose PPTP comme protocole. - Débits similaires aux autres poids lourds, soit-disants "meilleurs" ou "N°1". - Blocage possible iPv6 - Couverture pays/nombre de serveurs bien suffisante pour apporter un peu plus de sécurité à mon ordi. Bref, ça marche, on a la main sur le protocole et le cryptage des données. Pas de bug, et pour un prix raisonnable (comme d'autres d'ailleurs, environ 35 eur/an). En revanche, pour le SAV, il faut être patient (pour ma part, réponses entre 2 et 4 jours, mais au moins, elles sont pertinentes). Ce fournisseur, dont le siège est aux Etats-Unis (et non en Europe), pourra rebuter certains. Pour mon usage, cela n'est pas rédhibitoire.

Très facile d'utilisation et a un prix abordable
I like this VPN over all others I've tried. I have used it with Windows 10 and OpenSuse Linux in the past and it worked great. Now it's the only app for VPN service that works on my ASUS C300SA Chromebook. I found out about this program from a trusted friend in the security business. I like their quick servers and many options to choose from and simplicity of use and configuration.
Works well with my Google Pixel 2 XL. I like the clean design and the download speeds stay at almost 10% less. That is a huge feature. Speed is King when you need to download.

Handsdown the best VPN service i ever used. Some are cheaper, some are more expensive - but from my experience none of them come close to the reliability of the servers or even the apps of PIA. I'm using PIA on Mac, Windows and iOS and have never had a better experience with any other VPN. The apps just work and don't randomly crash and the servers always reconnect after sleep or restart but never did so without me wanting them to disconnect. Im happy to be aboard. :)
Speed is good and connects pretty quick. I do notice when it's running compared to it being disabled, but I'm honestly unsure if any VPN offers a native-like connection. In any case, I'm happy considering the price. I use this on my phone, my wife's phone, and my home computer. Soon to buy a router so I don't have to worry about it at home.
