Easy to use. Have not been a subscriber for too long, but the experience i have had thus far has been great. It took me no more than 5 minutes from adding to cart to browsing the web via PIA. Its painfully simple to use as well if you want somthing thats fire and forget. I cant speak on customer service oradvanced controls and features because admittedly i have yet to touch them. So if thats more your thing this review cant help you. All and all i am enjoying it more than the VPN i was using prior (tunnel bear).

Very good VPN service... fast and reliable... it allows you also to open a port (only one per device) to use with eMule and other software that requires it... app available for all systems Windows, macOS, Linux... Android, iOS... and major browsers... good performances also with HD streaming... I only had to change protocol from IPsec (default) to OpenVPN in the iOS app because the VPN got disconnected often or took too long to connect/reconnect... no problems with Windows 10 and macOS 10.13 last but not least, affordable pricing

I downloaded PIA based on a recommendation from Mchanga, who does videos to showcase Kodi builds. She convinced me that for streaming I needed a VPN and she uses PIA. So if it was good enough for her it was good enough for me. So far it has been great on my Windows 10 pc using a Chrome browser. Very, very easy download. I'm running it from their app. After purchase, I had a simple technical question (not problem) and Felixx directed me to Mark and Mike and they responded promptly and in a user friendly manner. I was impressed. I will recommend it to my friends.

Great service .. no reservations about recommending it. One small snag in setting it up .. none of the set up instructions I found for setting up ASUS router with OpenVPN included extra kicker about needing to use PrivateInterenet Access DNS servers ... with exception of last one I stumbled across. Could not get get their VPN to work .. it just kept dropping my wireless connection .. until I found this. And, found another suggestion on having to define ESET (security) software rules allowing UDP traffic. Not sure which but after changing these two things it started working flawlessly.

Very simple VPN app that works seemlessly in the background and is affordable to many countries. I've only ever had one issue when it refused to connect automatically after my ISP did a server maintainence. The upload and download speeds drops 5-10% using it but it's still worth the protection, access and privacy it offers. Highly recommended 4 stars.

LOVE this app. One of the few that doesn't charge an outrageous amount and still provides excellent service. I have been in the IT field for well over 20 years. During that time I have used various VPN 'bounce' programs and, in my humble opinion, PIA is by far one of the best. I like to really evaluate a program on all kinds of levels and push it to its limits - and then some. This far exceeded my expectations. Bottom line is this -Cost, ease of use, ability to use on multiple devices at the same time and does exactly what it says it does. What more do you need in a program like this? I am and plan on being a PIA user for a long time to come. I hope you join me. I can assure you-you will NOT be disappointed

Sometimes i lose my internet but then i just restart the vpn and then it just work fine
