They advertise that port forwarding is an option, but give you no control over which ports. Sent a ticket to the support desk, got automated response that they will reply soon. Five days later still nothing. Then this morning I get an auto e-mail thanking me for my purchase and and asking if they can help in any way. Yes! Get you support team on task with their current work tickets! I don't see a way to ask for a refund, so may just challenge the credit card payment to get my money back.

Snel geregeld en werkt goed. wel behoorlijk wat download snelheidsverlies (50%) Voor VPN Down: 92.9Mbps Up: 92.2Mbps Tijdens VPN: Down:46,5Mbps Up:86.4Mbps Ook na aanvragen via e-mailadres, veel ongewenste mail, weet niet of het bij PIA vandaan komt maar is wel sinds ik dit heb aangeschaft het tienvoudige. Maar dat mag de pret niet drukken

Private Internet Access is my first VPN. After the passing of article 11 (link tax) and 13 (upload filter) by the EU, I decided it was time for a VPN. I was surprised how easy it was to set up. The connection is stable and I have not encountered any problem as of yet. I am using PIA on Windows, Linux and Android and it works flawlessly.

Super fast, secure, and easy to use VPN. It would be great if there is a kill switch for app instead of disabling the internet connection. AES-256 encryption is significantly slower than default encryption.
