Great product! I found it easy to use yet very flexible and with a great reach. it has browser plugins, openvpn profiles, dedicated apps, proxy server. Fits any need in a single package. Great support for Linux and even better, sponsors quite a few awesome opensource projects and great foundations.

In general VPN service is fine, but support is not up to the mark. Specifically I have been raising issue that I can not send gmails reliably from outlook client when VPN connected - ref. (609069). Not even with the ports for smtp.gmail.com (465 or 587 with TLS/SSL) as they have recommended. This means that I have to kill outlook and disconnect VPN before I can send mails. But despite numerous mails support team has not been able to suggest any solution. Also they have not escalated my case as I have asked for. Update 18.10.16: As PIA support have not been able to solve this issue or explain why they can't solve it for more than 6 months now, I have cancelled my account and will switch to another VPN. Easy to install and inexpensive. It's simple and almost transparent. If you are uploading or downloading large files it will be a bit slower. But for all practical purposes, I didn't notice much of a hit to performance.
