I had to try different server cities to get the best throughput. It may not be the city closest to you. But since then I have gotten great throughput and forget that I am even in VPN mode. Only real problem I’ve had is my banks won’t accept me logging in. Apparently they have blacklisted the PIA ip’s due to previous nefarious usage before. And it’s banks you really want the VPN for!

Assinei e cancelei varias VPNs fazendo vários testes entre velocidade e se dava algum problema no meu uso diário, muitas VPNs não funcionavam alguns aplicativos de banco, outras eram lentas e tinham péssimos aplicativos tanto para mobile quanto para Mac. Quando acheis a PIA tive a melhor experiência, conexão sempre estável não perdi velocidade na minha navegação, e os aplicativos funcionam muito bem.

Good price, even in R$. The UX on Android App have a more comfortable visual to light user, the Windows Client could have a redesign to give to the user a excellent experience. The speed, connection, variety and location of servers is very good. I hope to extend the subscription more than one month.

I have never used a VPN in the past that I can turn on and forget its on. The price is cheap, the quality is unbeatable and the speeds are so fast that the difference between PIA disabled and PIA enabled is not noticeable. 5 stars easily.

I found Private Internet Access to be easy to set up, intuitive, and functional. It is my first VPN service. And I have no problems. I intend to keep this VPN for a ling time.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. My experience with your company is very good because of your responsiveness to customer needs. I would definitely keep the VPN program if it worked on more of my installed programs and while researching materials on the Internet. Unfortunately, many of the websites I have visited did not work properly until I took your program off temporarily. Feel free to let me know if and when there are significant changes and I will come back. Please note that I am using Linux (Kubuntu 18.10) as my OS.

Works, but sometimes connection freezes a bit and pings becomes 2 seconds long. This solves after reconnection.

Know very little about VPN but this is so easy to use and appears to have stopped leaks that I had whilst using another service, tried for a month and will now buy the yearly plan great thanks
