Fast and very user friendly.
Quick & easy to get going. Paid the fee, installed the app, connected to the VPN and that's it. High-speed performance; I can't even tell that I'm browsing via VPN. Have used this service frequently and will always go back when I need to secure my connection,
Le VPN private internet access fonctionne très bien pour moi. Sur PC Windows et sur mobile, la sécurité peut être maximal au choix de l'utilisateur. Pas de baisse de débit notable pour moi. Pas de log. Et le prix de 42 euros par an et génial pour 1 an de VPN, ce qui défit toute concurrence. Seul bémol la batterie sur mobile se décharge plus rapidement avec le VPN allumé.
I love your services but I have one bad point on my experience. I try to renew the service one month before the expiration paying for two years and a new user have been created. I'm missing one account during one month. I don't like it.
I am very impressed with Private Internet Access.
I am locked out of my account and have no way to get help getting back in. Help topics are of no use. Very disappointed.
The service works but, I find the Android app disconnects at random daily. Also I am unable to access the internet at random daily having to manually disconnect and reconnect.
I mainly use this service to watch US based stuff like South Park, works like a charm. Being affordable is also a big plus!
I have been using this VPN for 3 years nice and easy to use. It has been great when I have been abroad. I feel a lot safer when I am doing some work on my laptop in a cafe or pub.
After one week, still can't connect. So far, chat support seems to be reading from the same list of fixes a 2 second Google search provides...almost verbatim. Submitted a different help ticket, so we'll see if this yields different results. If not, I'll have to ask for a refund.
