Can't fault it. Only tried the monthly option but will upgrade asap!
So far, so good. Used it while on vaca in Mexico and had no problems with bandwidth.
Good VPN, it has worked for pretty much everything I do.
I am able to utilize their iOS app for VPN service and the option to use my own DNS both for security and to watch my favorite US shows while traveling internationally.
it is great but it do not work on most app on phone , and also you can not view number of devices you logged in , incase you want to logged out of any
Only had this a few days and use it on my laptop, and android phone and tablet. Good price for peace of mind and I don't notice any major slowing down on any of my devices. Only once has the service disconnected from my phone without my knowledge, just happened to notice it. No warning it was going to happen and no notification to let me know it had happened. Still no idea why it disconnected but no problems since then. So far so good.
I love it. I love the feeling of security and evasion of prying eyes and possible hackers. I love the fact that the service automatically connects when disconnected and notifies you if there is a problem with connecting. This VPN service is by far the best I've ever used and it's not my first. I had been through three different VPN companies when I finally decided to let ZDnet, CNET review and user reviews guide my decision making, and so far I have not been disappointed. This is the best VPN service on the market for the money.
Used Witopia and PIA in the past and Witopia won out on speed of connectivity and worldwide city selections (despite China actually intercepting my line once; the Witopia map showed a city in China as my location which gave it away!!!). PIA has DEFINITELY stepped up. Super quick to install on 3 of my devices and has had fast connections to reasonable locations and speeds aren't slow at all. Great job, PIA.
I had trouble at the onset , but this was because of my computer settings, Got a lot of help via customer services which was good if you can speak computalk , got there in the end though .Too early to judge how good it is. One other point i live in the UK so time difference makes it difficult to chat .
I was using a different VPN at 9.95/mth where we had only a few places namely 1 in Canada, 1 in the US, 1 in Singapore. Pia offertes different country, and multiple area to hide our IP. As an example, I am from Montreal Canada, when in the states, I have to be in Quebec to have access to stream online. With the competiror I was hiding in Canada but Ontario only so I could not stream anything from Quebec. Now I can use Montreal and even Vancouver to hide my IP and can stream anything I am to watch.
