I'm new to this VPN thing and I've been using PIA for almost a week now. I have it on my computers and mobile device. There are 2 things that I'm not satisfied with the service. 1st is the internet speed will slow down like not just a little bit but almost half. Usually, when I watch videos on Youtube, never got buffering problem even when the quality was 1080p, but, after I turn on the VPN service then I have buffer when I try to watch Youtube as 1080p and sometimes it is dropped from 1080p to 360p. 2nd is on my mobile device which is an iPhone. I have the PIA app on my phone. I don't know if this is a bug or something but seem like when I turn on the VPN, even if I'm connected to the wifi the phone still use my LTE because I just got a message from my carrier said that I used all of my data for this month. I never have this problem before using VPN so I don't really know how that works. Overall, it is an ok experience for me. Not so bad but not so good

I've been using for a few days now, always on on my desktop PC and intermittently on my mobile devices. The service works well and the month-to-month costs are much cheaper than their larger competitors, which is my ideal way to pay for the service, even if it is more expensive than paying for years up front. Very happy with the quality of the experience and does not impact my online usage with some streaming video, downloading and social media.

I have been a Nord VPN user for many years and I was reasonably happy with the service. Then I noticed the renewal price kept going up. I then decided to do a little research into other VPN companies and compared their offerings and prices. For what I wanted I found PIA competitive against others. I would like to see an online chat system instead of a ticket support system. There is also a no trial system which can be off putting as many users would like to try before you buy. Even if PIA suspended multiple functions and left the basics for 30 days. It would give a potential buyer a chance to see what they could be getting for their money. So far, I'm quite happy it's doing what it says it does.

This is the goto app for trusted VPNs. No logging. Reliable, no leaks, leaves countries that try to compromise security, etc. Very happy this company and service exists.

Vlekkeloze installatie en eenvoudig in te stellen. Werkt zeer soepel. Minpuntje: verlies aan snelheid, voor VPN 198 Mbit/sec, na VPN 47 Mbit/sec. Daar zou nog wat te verbeteren zijn.
