I've been trying for weeks to get the client to run on my computer correctly. It runs fine upon install but when you restart the computer (it's a Windows 10 Pro setup) it refuses to reload without reinstalling. Technical support has been HORRIBLE. They don't seem to read each others emails as they've repeatedly asked me to do support activities that previous tech's already recommended. They refuse to give me a refund despite the fact that they can't even provide a clear explanation much less solution. Really disappointed but i guess you get what you pay for.

I would give it 5 stars but not very much is perfect and that to me is what 5 stars means IF you want service anytime you need or want it, IF you need dependability or accuracy 99.99% of time IF you want an easy to use IF you are in market for 'care-free' VPN service well PIA has all that and more. They are always improving FOR THE BETTER the service they provide and I have used Customer Service and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the service I was seeking. This is a great company and service. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG BY USING THEIR SERVICES

Cannot install on Win 10. Starts its install routine then stops. So far not happy nor impressed. FIX it, or return my subscription :(
