The VPN part of it is decent although it doesn't handle switching between WiFi and mobile data too well. Before I leave my home, on my phone I turn on mobile data and turn off Wi-Fi. PIA VPN turns off and says waiting 2 seconds before reconnecting. Then when it reconnects, it says it is working but I can't load any app or website data. It's as if I have no internet connection. I had to turn off PIA VPN and then turn it back on manually. Also, the MACE ad blocking is hit or miss. Need to implement a way for users to add their own ad blocking blacklists and whitelists.

So far, great experience. All the good reviews seems justified. I'd love to see a server option in Portugal too.

Easy steps to install and easy to use. To date no issues at all. Hopefully there is a test mechanism in the software to confirm that my IP address is hidden. Thank you.

I've just recently signed up for the service. The android device had some original difficulty to connect to the system. Tried several times to it kept coming back with a growing number of seconds before it would retry to connect. After the first success now it connects immediately. The windows computer connected flawlessly. The coonection speed is not noticeably slower than without VPN. Very happy with it.

I just signed up a few days ago and so far everything is working well. I only have loaded on one device so far but have three or more to go, so after that I will know a lot more. Our security system advisor recommended this Company so I am looking forward to this subscription

second time I have had a PIA account first time was for a company and with all the testing I did there was much less leaking than other VPNs and the speed on their servers is only slightly lower than non vpn speeds

Very happy with PIA. The client is easy to install, is transparent and works well. I do wish the Notification Area icon was a solid color rather than just a dot indicating the status, and when the connection dropped, a color panel would appear on screen indicating that something was wrong...but that's just cosmetic. Everything else is great and I definitely would recommend PIA to anyone.

So far so good. Had it a week, installed on IPad, iPhone, & Laptop. Speeds are pretty fast & consistent for a VPN.
