Terrible customer service. While testing PIA, I bought it for a year, and didn't realize it setup a subscription. As soon as it charged me, I contacted their support to request a refund, since I hadn't used their services in at least 10 months. They said they can't offer a refund on renewals. So I've now got another year for a VPN service I don't use, which is just a waste of money. The VPN service itself sucks, as it's IP blocked on most sites, and has almost no DDoS protection.

I have been with PIA for several years now. On the rare occaision that I thought I had a problem it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. however, the thing that I like most about them is that they do not deluge me with emails trying to sell any other products that they may have.

What a joke paying for nothing. Immediate assistance on tickets - never in my experience - try a week - and then it's "thanks for paying your bill". They don't even look at what your problem is and don't care. You can't contact them, except to give them compliments - none from me. I want a real company thanks. This one can go and get fuc#####

I've never had an issue during the 3-4 years I've been using PIA. Great speed and great reliabilty. I use both Windows and Android versions. I particularly like the per app settings in the android version. Overall, well designed settings and ui for both, super simple but can be tweaked.

I've been a member for 4 days and already regret. I can't access certain mail sites (IINET). I've logged two tickets that have been open for the last four days. I cannot get any support person to reply.

The most reliable and speedy VPN out there. No logs and shared IP addresses for anonymity. New client is a huge improvement over older versions, and honestly couldn't be happier. Recent price increase is a bummer, so lock in your renewal rate before that happens.
