Live customer support works great. Forgot my password and it was still linked to my old email address. Updated email address via live chat then got to change my password... and it was near midnight just before New Year's Day at my end. Nord was recommended by an online forum chat associate. Did my homework. Excellent tutorial. Utilised the free trial. Got a discount offer. Now subscribed for 2 years with room to grow (up to 6 devices). Using with Duck Duck Go.
