Spent an hour on chat to 2 support agents trying to solve a dns leak, the 2nd tech said he would escalate my issue to a senior tech and to expect an email within 24 hours. That was 10 days ago and still no email! They simply take your money and run!

Nord VPN works great with Windows - but with Linux watch out! Almost impossible to switch server locations - support is extremely clueless when it comes to LInux support. After six months, I asked for a refund and so far they refuse. I will never use them again.

I've found the speed to be reasonably fast, haven't noticed any impact streaming netflix, youtube, torrenting or just downloading or browsing. What is important they are out of 14 eyes and doesn't save any logs.

Customer service sucks I contacted them regarding a connection, stating that I had resolving host status in my browser and was not able to connect to the server. Then customer service contacted me and asked me to go see my ip at whatismyip.com and attach a screenshot.. The status resolving host won't get you connected to any websites so can't find my ip while connecting. They suck at giving support.

Over the last few months NordVPN service has been deteriorating continuously. Servers drop with high frequency, rendering it of little utility, and support has been of the "so what, try again" nature. Today, I tried to login to my account and was informed my account had expired, even though I have a paid in advance two year contract as of Nov 22, 2016. Unbelievable. Many VPN services have expanded too quickly in the new regulatory environment, and can no longer service their customer base. I'll write it off as a bad investment and go with a European based VPN (I am in Canada)

Things a like a lot - good speeds; lots of servers, in fact even more than I need, apps are very user-friendly (on desktop and mobile also); features like kill switch and unblocking Netflix is just awsome

This service brings you everything that promises! I've got just fantastic speeds - for example without vpn with US servers ~70Mbps and connected to vpn US servers ~65Mbps! That's awsome!
